Sustainable Fashion Network: In Conversation with Benjamin Richardson

At our core we are a creative agency - in touch with the next generation of talent and creativity that are driving the industry forwards. These are our Network Voices. In this season we speak to recent fashion graduates about how they are breaking into the Fashion industry with sustainability at their core.

First up Benjamin Richardson. Benjamin graduated from Fashion Design at Brighton Uni in 2020, and immediately had his graduate collection picked up by Fred Perry Subculture, and exhibited in their King’s Cross Showroom.

Off the back of this Ben has developed his own clothing line Material Response, a menswear brand which focuses on reworking existing pieces into something unique. The name comes from this idea of working with the materials you've got and using that to respond to the issue of sustainability.
